This is a review. I was given the cookbook for free by Stonyfield. All opinions are truly my own.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

I’m sure you’ve heard of Catherine McCord and her Weelicious – One family. One Meal. Cookbook? She also has a recipe site<\/a> that is loaded with hundreds of kid friendly recipes.<\/p>\n

If you have NOT heard about her you need to run to her site immediately. It’s perfect for mom’s with picky eaters and um … moms that ARE picky eaters. I’m not naming names but sometimes moms are picky too … (me…).<\/p>\n

That being said, I was super excited when I found out she was publishing another book devoted to LUNCH.<\/p>\n

Lunch is by far the most difficult meal of the day for me. I homeschool my oldest 2 and with a toddler running me into the ground it’s so easy to just pile everyone into the van and go to chick-fil-a. They know us by name there. I’m not even kidding.<\/p>\n

A closet full of jeans that don’t fit can prove it so I need to go back to the basics and start eating at home. . . BUT, I can only eat so many turkey and cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches before I want to scream.<\/p>\n

That’s where Catherine’s new book is going to rescue me – I hope.<\/p>\n

It can also rescue you.<\/p>\n
