I lived in a tiny town so it was the same 45-50 kids for 11 years. I decided I wanted to homeschool the middle of that year, so I did.

I moved in with my dad in the middle of my Junior year and I decided I wanted to go back to public school. Sadly the local school refused to acknowledge any of my Homeschool credits, but the local alternative school would. I had to go there for a semester. I collected so many credits that I could have graduated after only being there one semester but my dad told me that was absolutely NOT an option.

I am so glad he did. The summer between Junior and Senior year I started working at Wal-Mart. That’s where I met Tiffany. She was also about to start her Senior year and we instantly became friends. When school started she introduced me to her friends Sarah and Amanda and the 4 of us became inseparable. It was the best year ever.

I was actually with Sarah when I had my wreck. She was the one driving. She was not responsible for the accident. You can read that story here.

I moved back to my Mom’s after the wreck and no longer saw MY GIRLS every day. We went from living a few minutes apart to living many hours apart. It was quite an adjustment.

We started this tradition of always taking pictures together when we did get together and through the years we did our best to add our kids to the photos. It didn’t always work out but I will always cherish these photos. We have all grown from 1 kids to 2-3 kids and we have not ALL gotten together if many years. I am beyond sad about this.

That brings me to this weekend. I was able to see Tiffany and just like best friends everywhere, we picked up as if no time had passed and with that I leave with some of our pictures through the years. I think 1-2 may be missing.

The first picture is from this weekend, with just Tiffany and I . We were talking and decided we need to plan a regular 4-some reunion. It’s been far too long, but thank goodness for texting and Facebook.

Today I am going to tell you the story of how I met my 3 best friends.
