We&#8217;ve been wanting a bigger house with a school room and Charlie really wanted an office but we hadn&#8217;t been actively looking.<\/p>\n<p>In all honesty the timing is not really perfect. Is it ever?<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, I have an unnatural obsession with looking at houses and I saw this on the market three weeks ago. We liked the pictures so much that we decided to call our agent so we could go look at it.<\/p>\n<p>It. Was. Perfect.<\/p>\n<p>We had to find a way to make it work.<\/p>\n<p>It has a very similar flow to our current house but gave us the majority of the extras we were looking for. <\/p>\n<p>We still don&#8217;t have a 3-car garage. <\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t have a large utility room, but it&#8217;s bigger than my current one.<\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t get a third bathroom.
