<\/p>\nI’m sure you remember last May? When I blogged EVERY. SINGLE. DAY? Well, I might be doing that again; or at least trying to. I already missed yesterday. OOOPS. This year I will Play in May.<\/p>\n

Evin<\/a> | Shelle<\/a>y<\/p>\n First up. May 1st: Why do I write?\u00a0<\/strong>I write because I love it. It feels great to get your jumbled thoughts down and find a way to arrange them that makes sense to you. Hopefully it makes sense to others but if not, that’s okay.<\/p>\n I write to let other Moms know that if I CAN DO IT, so can she.<\/p>\n I write to let others moms-to-be and dads-to-be in chairs know that this is possible.<\/p>\n I write so that I will remember these stories and these trips and so that my boys will never be able to forget them.<\/p>\n May 2nd: Defining myself in an uncommon way.<\/strong><\/p>\n Okay. The SCI community might flame me for this one but I frequently let me chair define\/describe me. I know people remember me because of it and I don’t let it bother me. No I’m not my chair but my chair is a HUGE HUGE part of me. I’m the mom in the wheelchair. SO what? I’m not ashamed of it.
