{"id":7653,"date":"2014-04-02T10:51:11","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T16:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wheelchairmommy.com\/?p=7653"},"modified":"2014-04-02T10:51:11","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T16:51:11","slug":"tiger-rock-rocks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.wheelchairmommy.com\/closed\/2014\/tiger-rock-rocks\/","title":{"rendered":"Tiger Rock Rocks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Will has been in TaeKwonDo (TKD) for over 5 years.<\/p>\n<p>We took a <del>short<\/del> LOOONG break when Nathan was born and when Lucas turned 5 we finally got back into the groove.<\/p>\n<p>Testing is coming up soon and that marks Will&#8217;s final cycle before entering the prestigious Black Belt rank.<\/p>\n<p>I am very proud of all his hard work.<\/p>\n<p>Our school participates in competitions throughout the year and somehow we&#8217;ve never competed until a couple of weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Will almost backed out at the last minute, partly due to my failure as a mom (I forgot to register him!) but everyone involved was very forgiving and we were able to go.<\/p>\n<p>They keep the competitions very fair and divide the kids by age and rank.<\/p>\n<p>He won 2nd Place in form and 3rd place in sparring and board breaking.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s really an encouragement for Will to see how far he&#8217;s come.<\/p>\n<p>This is what we came home with:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7654 aligncenter\" alt=\"tigerrockrocks\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wheelchairmommy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/tigerrockrocks.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.wheelchairmommy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/tigerrockrocks.jpg 600w, http:\/\/www.wheelchairmommy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/tigerrockrocks-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Will has been in TaeKwonDo (TKD) for over 5 years.
