I’m going with Jenni’s challenge again today. <\/p>\n

“Day 2, Thursday: Educate us on something you know alot about or are good at. Take any approach you’d like (serious and educational or funny and sarcastic)”<\/p>\n

I was originally at a loss and almost chose to skip this particular prompt and come up with something on my own or to finish a draft that’s been sitting. Unfinished. That would make the most sense. Right?<\/p>\n

I realized I know quite a bit about one thing in particular. I know a lot about being happy and finding joy.

My life has thrown me a few doozies in the last 13.5 years but yet I chose and continue to choose happiness. <\/p>\n

I work through the struggles and heartache and all the fear and I’m happy.<\/p>\n

I won’t sit here ( okay I will because I can’t stand ) and tell you that you should be happy but know that whatever you are struggling with, someone else can relate. Someone else will listen.<\/p>\n

You can choose to be happy.<\/p>\n

Sometimes you have to decide everyday, but its worth it.<\/p>\n
