One of my favorite things about getting dressed is MIXING colors. Don’t be scared. I bought this limey yellow shirt at Target last week and I wasn’t sure what I was going to wear it with, but it was $6, so who cares. I could it wear alone with jeans and it would be fine. Right?!<\/span><\/p>\n

I put it on and knew immediately I wanted more layers, it was cold outside. \u00a0It’s been in the 40s here and I’m a Texas girl. Born and raised. I live in the sweltering heat. I complain about it but when it gets cold, I complain more.<\/span><\/p>\n

I found this brickish-colored 3\/4 length cardigan and decided – Why Not?! I don’t think I’ve ever seen these colors paired together but as soon as I put it on I though they looked great.<\/span><\/p>\n

After roaming around Target for FAR too long, I happen across the new transition HOME line and guess what?! I’m not the only one that thinks the color combo looks GREAT!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Say yes and nod your head. Pretend I can see you. Oh, and do you see my very CHARMING pipe cleaner braclet?! It’s an EXCLUSIVE. Hand made by MINE TRULY. It’s a Lucas special!<\/span><\/p>\n

Ah. My boots. See them?! Aren’t they cute?!<\/span><\/p>\n

Yeah, I think so, too.<\/span><\/p>\n

They are going back.<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve been in this damn chair THIRTEEN years and I have yet to figure out how to keep my shoes from sliding – that and my drop foot is getting worse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This was a FUN outfit and I it really just came together. I think my favorite part might be the long sleeve under the 3\/4 sleeve with extra peeking out!<\/span><\/p>\n
