Hello readers :).<\/p>\n

I am going to do everything in my power to get back into a groove. I will start by making a point in doing Monday Mingle, because I dearly love being in front of the camera and Vlogging is so much fun! (if you have any other Vlogging blog activities let me know!)<\/p>\n

I also plan to share more of my scrapping. What’s the point in doing it if my readers don’t see it!?<\/p>\n

Next up I plan to do a TASTE TEST THURSDAY and maybe a Favorites Friday. It’s all a little “over done” but the point in blogging is to do it, however I make myself do it. Right?<\/p>\n

Okay. Well today is Thursday…. So…. Taste TEst Thursday begins. I am ALWAYS trying to make new things and want to tell others about how amazing it is so I need to blog it. Right?<\/p>\n

I have TWO recipes. First up, we have my favorite. I have tried AT LEAST a dozen meatloaf recipes over the years and they have all been just another boring meatloaf. I didn’t even tell my husband I was making this one because he begged me to stop SEVERAL years ago. Seriously. He did.<\/p>\n

Second recipe I tried this week was a Honey Lime Chicken Enchilada.<\/a> This was not a favorite (yet) but it was so different we decided we had to keep it in the recipe box. MY ONLY complaint (and hubby, too) was that it was too sweet. That’s it. I just need to make some TWEEKS and I think we will have a household favorite. SO if you are MArtha in the kitchen and have ideas on making this taste the same but not as sweet please let me know!<\/p>\n
