I don’t think I have 5 things to talk about this Friday but let’s see if I can rack my brain. However, before I do, did you know that AMAZON PRIME is on SALE today?!<\/a><\/p>\n

ONE<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am slowly recovering from Blog Elevated. What is it about a conference that can exhaust you so much?! I assume the lack of sleep and the constant socializing. I flat out can NOT sleep on a hotel bed. I think I got 3 hours Friday night and maybe 4 hours Saturday night. Oh well. It was well worth it.<\/p>\n

TWO<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have become obsessed with high-end cosmetic dupes. Why?! I bought a few “cult” favorites and they did not live up to the hype. At all. I took 4 products that totaled $120 back to the store. I found near identical “dupes” at target. They work EXACTLY the same if not better than the $$ counterpart. You will have to excuse my pinterest<\/a> account. <\/p>\n

THREE<\/strong><\/p>\n

I received 2 pair of Nabi headphone in an extras goodie bag a while back. It’s NOT actually part of the campaign so I have no obligation to mention them but my boys really LOVE them. <\/p>\n

FOUR<\/strong><\/p>\n

We had our first rushed morning. Charlie took benedryl and didn’t hear his alarm and and Will woke up at 5 and couldn’t get back to sleep. He finally dozed back off and missed his alarm. Charlie woke up at the time they boys are normally walking out the door. When he drove up in the red convertible all the safety patrol kids were wishing they could have gotten  the “cool car”. Will was embarrassed.<\/p>\n

FIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

William brought home his first progress report and I am very impressed. We didn’t grade when we homeschooled so this is all new for him, as is adjusting to 4 different teaching styles instead of just one. We all realize there is room for improvement, and we know where our new kid mistakes were. <\/p>\n
