I had an incredibly fun weekend at Blog Elevated. This is the second year I have gone and making new friends and reconnecting with old ones is always amazing.
The party was definitely in our room. Champagne and jokes until midnight? Yes, please.
The sessions were encouraging and so incredibly helpful, especially to newer bloggers. It was so satisfying to look around the room and see all the light bulbs going off in everyone’s heads. I will be sharing more within the next few weeks so stay tuned. Please.
This weekend I mostly wore Diana Von Furstenberg (DVF), thanks to my neighborhood twin, Sue. The two of us get far to much pleasure from twisting everyone’s words and turning even the most innocent conversation into one that is definitely not. If you are not familiar with DVF dresses, most of them are wrap dresses. So, yes, you CAN wear a wrap dress if you sit in a wheelchair all day like me. It is not impossible. DO NOT limit yourself or your wardrobe. In fact you can wear WHATEVER you want, if you are a girl in a chair. I do! If something seems complicated, figure out a way around it!
Our room was on the 11th floor. That was an incredibly BEAUTIFUL sight.
