It’s very egocentric of me, but my favorite quote is one of my own.
I said it or thought it right after being paralyzed.
My plan was to write a book and this was actually the title and less of a quote, but its always shown up on my websites and online journals, even message board signatures.
It’s a true statement. Yes, I was paralyzed. I would no longer walk, I would be “shorter” and I’d have to make changes in my life but I was still ME.
I was a (young) woman. I wanted a husband, a family.
You can call me whatever you want, but my answer remains the same.
