I have a special treat for this weeks GNO outfit post! Jenni took my pictures just out of the kindness of her heart. Oh, how I wish we were neighbors and she were my best friend, and not just so she could take my pictures. She’s a sweetheart! Jenni, from Story of my Life, and I have been planning to meet for months now. Our initial plans were blown when my niece had her baby in early June and we finally set a new date and were able to stick to it. Slightly. I had to slide our rendezvous by one day and she graciously had no problems with the last minute change. If you don’t know Jenni, she’s a Texas Lifestyle blogger and photographer and she was a speaker at Texas Style Council a few weeks ago. I’m sure many of you read her blog and drool over her gorgeous pictures. I have not read a single post that was not accompanied by at least one of her beauties. I did not get to go to Texas Style Council and I’m completely bummed about that, I missed meeting so many of you awesome ladies. However, nursing a broken foot for one child and tonsillectomy for another are higher on my priority list. Sorry! So, back to Jenni. We finally met at one of my favorite places. Kona Grill. I always take Virgins there. I’m talking newbies, people that haven’t eaten there, NOT ACTUAL VIRGINS! Minds – Gutter, people! In exchange for my loyalty, the management loves me and we were treated to a few of my favorite appetizers. We both ordered drinks to go with it. What’s a GNO without a cocktail? We had a wonderful evening talking about marriage and families and blogging. She’s as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! THANK YOU! THANk YOU! THANk YOU, JENNI!! I can’t WAIT for our family session this fall!
