This was NOT A free C/O tote. I paid for it and just absolutely LOVED the process and wanted to share!
If you are not familiar with Golden Tote let me introduce to you my NEW favorite way to shop.
They have TWO option, a $49 bag and a $149 bag.
If you pick the $49 bag, you get to pick ONE item and they will send you 1-2 more for a total of 2 or 3. The items will be up to a $200 value.
If you pick the $149 bag, you get to pick TWO items and they will send you 4-5 more for a total of 6-7. The items will be up to a $600 value.
If you don’t like something in your bag you have to send EVERYTHING back, there is no picking and choosing. However, it is very likely that you will LOVE enough to justify keeping what you want and gift what you don’t.
That’s what I did. There were 2 pieces that, while I LOVED them, just didn’t work for me.
There was a black maxi skirt but it had absolutely NO stretch so it was difficult to shift around in the chair while wearing it and well… I’m always in the chair, so…. it had to go to a friend.
The OTHER piece was a tank top and while it was the size I usually wear it ran just a tad small/low cut so the GIRLS didn’t quite fit in it modestly. It would have made a perfect jammie top but I decided to gift it to a friend as well.
That left 3 THREE dresses and a top.
Here are TWO of the dresses.
The first dress is by Puella, it is currently selling on Anthropologie. After doing a bit of research on the girls behind Golden Tote, I believe Puella is ACTUALLY their brand. YAY!
This dress is the most comfortable piece of clothing I’ve EVER worn. I would wear it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY if I could.
This next dress is probably my favorite and one of the dresses I PICKED! It’s currently on sale on in the Golden Tote Boutique and it’s still available as a choice for the $149 and $49 bag.
The straps are NOT pink, that is in fact my bra **BLUSH**, BUT my strapless bra sucked and I personally think it all went together without me looking trashy for showing my straps :).
