I can’t believe it!!!
I don’t do New Year’s Resolutions. I always do what I can to live better and be happier, every day, so why wait until Jan to do that?
I’d be interested to know if you do and what your resolution is.

My neighbor gave me a recipe for a soup and I modified it a bit. It’s soo good.
Original Recipe:
1 can of Rotel
1 can of chicken broth
1 can refried beans
Top with cheese and chips
Modified:
2 cans of Chicken Broth
1 can of refried beans (or mashed black beans/homemade beans of choice)
1 can of rotel
finely shredded chicken
Top with Cheese and chips
Try it.
It’s great.
I promise.

Oh, boy!
Where do I even begin with this one?! It could have been way worse, but instead it left us seriously scratching our heads?!
We goofed big time and left our front door WIDE OPEN for the whole world, ALL DAY one day a few weeks ago.
When we came home and saw it we kinda panicked and then remembered that we did have it propped open because we took a few things to storage.
Ok. That sucks.
We came in and all FIVE (yes 5) laptops were still on the table. Good. No Biggie. Forget all about it.
Move on to the next day.
Lucas is brushing his teeth. I find one BIG X in the bathroom. On the wallpaper. I scrub. and scrub. (with a MAGIC ERASER, AHAHAH) and it comes off but leaves a smudge. Then I see another and another and keep finding them. My husband gets home and we find more.
These photos suck but I didn’t want to take quality photos with my good camera 
Our conclusion? Given the height it was a kid around 10? and he OR she was really bored. That’s it. Strange, huh?
Fun at Bloggy Boot Camp. Part 2A.

The time has come to START writing my recap post where I link to all ( or at least some ) of the FABULOUS people I met at Bloggy Boot Camp. I want to save time, so going forwards it will just be BBC. I hope you all approve.
It was totally awesome to hug and chat with the beautiful and funny Tiffany, from SITS (Secrets in the Sauce). It was super cool that she knew ME the second I approached her. The wheelchair does have advantages. Parking is another one of them. Seriously.
If my world were perfect and completely organized I would have stashed my business card collection by table. I didn’t. That sucks. I also didn’t get but a small handful of pictures.
I kinda feel like I am repeating what everyone else has already said, but the truth is BBC was a blast, the speakers were awesome. I didn’t learn too many new things, but I’ve been doing this for quite a while. That being said I think what was covered was perfect. It helped those that were new, those trying to go to the next level and even if we already knew most of it; we can always use reminders. I know I can.
The first speaker of the day was the absolutely adorable Laurie Turk of The Tip Junkie. I don’t always read along but she’s been in my feed FOREVER. Laurie has such awesome energy, just being around her makes you want to smile. I DID get a picture with her. YAY. The ones on MY camera are blurry though so I will have to wait for her to get the one from her camera to me. I hope she does.
BIG HINT, Laurie.
Jessica Gottlieb spoke after Lauire and talked about privacy. I did learn a couple of things, but most of it I was already aware of and forgot, so it was very useful.

Okay. This has been sitting for over a week. I think I should post it and move on……………….
I’ll finish with Part 3 when life calms down.

Best Vacuum for wheelchair user

Hoover Linx Platinum cordless stick vacuum.
There.
That was a mouthful.
Anyways. I highly recommend it to ALL wheelchair users and people that feel they need to vacuum many times a day because of a cat, dog or kid. Or people that make their kid do the work for them.
Kidding.
It is priced a bit high for being so small though and the battery doesn’t last for my entire hard floor house, but it’s over 2000 Sq.Ft. so that would be unreasonable. I now have a second battery and life is really good.
This review is entirely my own. Hoover doesn’t know me from Adam and they certainly never sent me a thank you when I bought it at Wal-Mart. If it ever dies, I do plan to replace it. I won’t let my emotions for it get in the way of bringing it’s clone into my home.

Hubby is having dental surgery on Thursday (Aprox. Step # 320 out of 682 steps for his implant – ) and we need more soup ideas.

*Market Pantry Roasted Red Pepper
*Tomato Basil (taste EXACTLY like LaMadeline … SO SO Good)
so what other ideas do you have for soups that can be pureed and still taste good?

A fellow blogger (and friend from way back in my wedding message board days) posted about doing the Jean/huggies/diaper runway with her sweet Baby Max but I didnt ever click on any links because .. well… I’m busy….and doing a slide show for Preschool and wanna edit pictures for the week in my life thing I did last week ……. and I can keep running this on and on but I’ll stop…..
Anyways …. The diaper Jean runways is just that … Diapers that look like blue jeans
