It’s been a FAST and
wonderful 7 years! I can’t believe it! 7 years already?!! WOW!!
They have ALL been wonderful with heartache and loss. In those 7 years we have created 2 AMAZING boys and we’ve each lost a parent.
Here is to 77 plus more years. I love you, SO much!!
Thank you for the massage certificate and I can’t wait until saturday when we go out for dinner and THE RIVER DANCE!!

We have a BUSY week ahead of us and to top it all off we have to give Lucas breathing treatments EVERY 4 hours. We were hoping to be able to push it back to 6 today but no such luck. I take him back to the doctor for a followup tomorrow. Hopefully he can get over this wheezing. My poor little baby boy!
Will seems happy to be back in school and for some reason thought tomorrow was Dec. 8th … sorry buddy. ONE more week to go before you are 5. And I cry. Seriously. How did he get to be FIVE so fast?! I mean he is a full fledged boy and everything. I tell him he stinks and he sticks his butt in my face. Yuck.

These two little boys right here!! They are the NUMBER one reason why I started to blog regularly and why I try to make my posts more and more meaningful everytime. They are also why I started tweeting. What better way to the little things they do, download them and save it for revenge later?! I mean for my memory books. 
Yes, my two sweet boys are my TOP 2 reasons for blogging. They are just the cutest in this picture, right? Lucas is now OFFICIALLY front facing so there you have it. Will and Lucas celebrating!

Last night Will and I went on a date . Yes, I am now dating my son. Again. (we used to go on mommy and Will dates all the time before Lucas)Â Is there a problem with that, heheh??
We had a nonromantic dinner of drive through McDonald’s for him and Panda Express for me. . . and I slapped down $22.50 for two tickets to the 3D version of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Yeah …a bit $$$.
Who cares though?? It was great. 3D has REALLY improved. Maybe I just don’t remember how great it was before. I’m not sure. WHatever. If you get a chance to see something in 3D, do it!!
In the previews they annoucned that The Wizard of Oz is coming BACK. ONE NIGHT ONLY! I think they said November 17th.
Will picked up ANOTHER monster truck yesterday. HE used his own money…again! He’s too big. …oooh and that is why he didn’t pay for our “date” …. he needs to save his money for more monster trucks.

It’s supposed to storm today but I REALLY Want to head to Barnes and Nobles for a book. A fellow Mommy Blogger is hosting a E-book Club. I’ve been to Wal-mart and Target and no one has it. NExt time I need to just order from Amazon instead of going all over creation.

Today was actually one of those days when I LOVED having Will home. He was such a good boy. It was kind of like the “good ole’ days”, he was calm, polite and not a back talking 4 (and a HALF) year old. Oooh but he did say “DARN IT”….NO CLUE why he said that, darn it!
Will really wanted more MONSTER JAM trucks. That is his newest obsession. In case you don’t know he earns “helper dots” when he helps me around the house or with my chair in the van. He also makes money selling balls in his “golf ball stand” .. I mean WHY have a lemonade stand when you can sell dirty balls? (mind OUT of the gutter…).
Okay back to the story. Monster trucks. HE wanted to get more. So we got 3. He paid for them all by himself (well, he froze under pressure and decided he couldnt count without help…far from true – he counted to 26 last night….)
SO yeah, he ran his own transaction and had his own receipt and EVERYTHING. Awesome.
We had pizza night at Mr. Daddy’s (Mr. Gatti’s but Will REFUSES to call in anything but the other.) so we got home REALLY late and Will still “needed” (not required, but she is trying to get them in the habit, GO ME…GOLD star for being on top) to do his homework.

In the social networking world, I found something on sourceforge that turned all my old tweets in a pdf!! YAY. . . if you are a little above average in all things to do with your computer I recommend it. If you are scared of things that don’t just run all by itself, I’d pass it up. It uses a command prompt….if you know what that is you are probably good to go…although all you have to do is be willing to read the read me text….

Weekend Recap

Friday- My mom and step dad came into town so we could start the process of giving them my MIL car. We had a new window put in so we had to get all new “stickers”. License/inspetion, etc AND change over the title.
When they got here they SCARED me. I heard a door but didnt hear ANYTHING and then my step dad was creeping around the corner to “Scare” Lucas and SCARED me.
Did some shopping later that day.
Saturday….yeah. We we…um…uh. We went to look at a BOAT. YES, a boat. A REAL LIVE (okay, maybe not) boat…a sailboat. YIKES.
We then headed to Shiner. My hometown. Yes, indeed. Went to eat. Went to Moms. Went to bed.
Sunday we went to Flatonia for the Czhilispiel (prounounced CHILLISPILL). That was kinda gross. I must be a SNOB because carival’s REALLY skeeve me out. Disgusting.
Came home.
Today: Will had school and a playdate. Fridge man came and fixed a seal. Will complained fro the moment I picked him up until he went to bed.
I need Tequila.

The Wheelchair Mommy now has her very own blog for talking about WHATEVER she wants!! YAY!!
Before, I had my “family” blog (which you can see here), which is GREAT. However, sometimes you want to talk about things that aren’t quite suitable for THAT blog so now I have two. (Family blog means my FIL reads it…..)
I will still keep both up to date on my wild little men, but I can be ME, here . .. as opposed to Will and Lucas’ Mom, there.
All that being said, if you are family and reading this you are COMPLETELY welcome. . . just keep in mind this is MY blog. You may read things you don’t want to read. If you want to play it safe I suggest you just stick with the Hedlin blog. ANYTHING important about the boys will be kept in both places. FLuff will be here.
I do plan to bring the posts from there over here for all to see … but the export file is giving us problems so we are working on it. (That means DH/Charlie has to do it and he doesn’t really have time right now.) (“we” frequently means just him, but I like to sound like I know what I am talking about, when in FACT the only thing I do is write the posts and pages and make the blog pretty…he makes sure that I didnt screw up the code or google rankings, etc.)
