I thread on a message board I frequent prompted this post. Do you follow a chore chart like Fly Lady or Motivated Moms or do you just see stuff that needs to be done and do it? Kid peed on the floor? Clean it. Rings in the toilet? Done. Sink dirty? Now it’s shiny. Sheets smell funny? change them.

So how do you do chores? Do you follow a set schedule with checklists and all that fun stuff or not?

Have you heard of this? It’s pretty cool. You get to make a list of 101 things you want to do in 1001 days or less. I’m still working on my list

One of the first things I added to the list was “write a letter to yourself that you will open in 10 years”. Why? Well. I used to write a letter to myself on my birthday to open on my next birthday. I did it for about 5 years. I stopped. I never kept the letters either so that makes me kind of sad.

HAve you ever done anything like that? The letter?
